Job Summary
Manage daily operations of the designated restaurant, overseeing staffing, labor, inventory, and food & beverage execution to Encore Boston Harbor standards. Direct departmental strategy, monitor performance metrics, and enforce federal, state, and property-wide policies. Lead team members through hiring, training, and performance management while facilitating cross-departmental communication. Resolve guest complaints, conduct shift briefings for VIPs and specials, and maintain facility standards including environmental controls and safety protocols. Share guest feedback with senior leadership and ensure compliance with all Encore core values and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or above
- Will be required to obtain and maintain registration, or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission
- Must be able to obtain an alcohol awareness card
- High School degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of full-service restaurant experience
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in POS Systems
- Proficiency in Purchasing Software
- Proficiency in Warehouse Requisition Software
- Proficiency in Time-Keeping Software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with planning and project management
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Outstanding administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fluency in English
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals

Desired Qualifications
