Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of Encore Boston Harbor restaurant, lead staffing and labor management, drive guest service standards, manage inventory and ordering, ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Requires 5+ years in full-service restaurant leadership, strong organizational and analytical skills, experience with POS and hospitality software, and ability to manage guest relations and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in a hotel or restaurant management field or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of full-service restaurant experience required
- 3 years in a leadership role preferred
- Must possess strong computer skills and proficiency in POS Systems, Purchasing Software, Warehouse Requisition Software, Time-Keeping Software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents; fluency in English; ability to communicate effectively
