Job Summary
Restaurant Manager role at Raising Cane’s requires supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations, shift management, and upholding brand standards and culture. Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling and accountability, enforcing policies, leading crewmembers, conducting shift meetings, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and handling customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction. Skills: staffing and scheduling, cost management, leadership, effective communication, ability to work independently and collaboratively, familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook), and adaptability to varied shifts and travel for training. Must have 1+ years of restaurant/retail management experience, be 18+, and complete required training; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
