Job Summary
Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift and act as manager on duty to open and close the restaurant. Manage cash handling, enforce policies, and execute shift management meetings while directing crewmembers and providing exemplary customer service. Utilize required tools and logs to document results, take corrective action, and ensure facility cleanliness. Authorize employee functions requiring approval and complete assigned duties. Requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
