Restaurant Manager position supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and shift management within Raising Cane’s, ensuring standards and culture are upheld, managing cash handling, directing crewmembers, delivering exemplary customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. Role requires strong organization, multi-tasking, people and cost management, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and flexibility to work various shifts and travel for training.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs
