Job Summary
Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift by acting as manager on duty to open and close the restaurant. Manage cash handling, enforce policies, and direct crewmembers while providing exemplary customer service. Utilize tools and logs to document results, take corrective action, and ensure facility cleanliness. Authorize employee functions requiring approval and utilize reward programs for staff. Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining safety standards and completing required training programs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
