Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and shift management, upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture, managing cash handling, directing crewmembers, delivering exemplary customer service, utilizing the rewards program, approving manager-related actions (discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides), ensuring cleanliness and facility readiness, and completing additional duties as assigned. Must demonstrate detail-orientation, organization, multitasking, effective communication, teamwork, and adaptability; proficient with technology (Microsoft Office) and capable of working varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends with potential travel for training.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs
