Job Summary
Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift and act as manager on duty by opening and closing the restaurant. Manage cash handling, enforce company policies and safety standards, and direct crewmembers while providing exemplary customer service. Document results using required tools, authorize employee functions like discounts and timeclock overrides, and maintain facility cleanliness. Complete all required company training programs and work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
