Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture, including shift management, cash handling, directing crewmembers, delivering exemplary customer service, enforcing policies, and training. Focus on staffing, scheduling, people and cost management, and using technology (Microsoft Office) to support operations; requires adaptability to a fast-paced kitchen environment, multi-tasking, and working varied shifts. Also responsible for opening/closing the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and executing supervisory duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs
