Job Summary
Restaurant Manager role supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations, ensuring Raising Cane’s standards and culture during shift management; oversees cash handling, directs crewmembers, enables strong customer service, enforces policies, uses logs/tools for shift execution, and ensures restaurant cleanliness and readiness. Requires leadership, multitasking, staff scheduling, cost management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to work varied shifts (days/evenings/weekends) and travel for training. 18+ and UK Right to Work required; role not eligible for visa sponsorship. Training programs provided; bi-weekly pay, monthly bonuses, and holiday benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- GCSEs or equivalent preferred
- Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs
