Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day restaurant operations and upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture during shift management. Responsibilities include opening/closing the restaurant as manager on duty, cash handling and accountability, enforcing policies, leading crewmembers, delivering exemplary customer service, utilizing the rewards program for staff, approving manager-authorized actions (discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides), ensuring cleanliness and good working order, and completing other duties as assigned. Must be detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and capable of working independently or collaboratively. Requires knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management, and proficiency with technology systems (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook). Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days/evenings/weekends and travel for training. 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
