Job Summary

Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management of restaurant operations. The role involves managing cash handling, directing crewmembers, enforcing policies, conducting shift meetings, using tools/logs to document results, ensuring cleanliness and good working order, delivering exemplary customer service, and handling responsibilities such as discounts and timeclock overrides. Requires detail orientation, strong communication, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management; proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new systems; ability to work varied shifts and travel for training; 18+ and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
