Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture. Manages shift operations, opens/closes the restaurant, handles cash, directs crewmembers, delivers exemplary customer service, uses rewards programs, ensures cleanliness and safety, and completes duties as assigned. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, staffing/scheduling knowledge, and proficiency with technology systems (Microsoft Office). Must be able to work varied shifts including days, evenings and weekends, and travel for training as needed. 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs
