Restaurant Manager

Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift and act as manager on duty to open and close the restaurant. Manage cash handling, enforce company policies, and execute shift management meetings aligned with operations and safety standards. Direct crewmembers, provide exemplary customer service, and utilize reward programs to recognize staff. Authorize employee functions requiring approval and maintain facility cleanliness and working order. Use required tools, forms, and logs to document results and take corrective action when needed.
