Job Summary
Support restaurant operations by acting as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, and directing crewmembers during shifts. Ensure operations meet standards across all zones while managing cash handling, enforcing policies, and utilizing logs to document results and take corrective action. Provide exemplary customer service, utilize reward programs for staff, and authorize employee functions requiring approval. Maintain facility cleanliness and working order while completing duties as assigned. Requires 1+ years of restaurant management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
