Job Summary
Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane’s is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and shift management to uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture. Duties include opening/closing the restaurant, managing cash handling, directing crewmembers, delivering exemplary customer service, leveraging the rewards program, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and completing other duties as assigned. Required skills include detail-orientation, strong written and verbal communication, ability to work independently and collaboratively, problem-solving, staffing and scheduling, cost management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). The role requires 1+ years of restaurant/retail management experience, 18+ years old, and availability for various shifts; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs
