Job Summary
Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift by acting as manager on duty to open and close the restaurant. Manage cash handling, enforce policies and standards, and direct crewmembers while providing exemplary customer service. Utilize reward and recognition programs, authorize employee functions requiring approval, and ensure cleanliness and facility integrity. Complete shift management meetings, document results with required tools, and take corrective action when needed. Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment involving extended physical exertion, varied temperatures, and interaction with customers and food products.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
