Job Summary
Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane's standards during shift management. Act as manager on duty to open and close the restaurant, manage cash handling, and enforce policies and safety standards. Direct crewmembers, provide exemplary customer service, and utilize reward programs to recognize staff. Ensure cleanliness and facility readiness, authorize employee functions requiring approval, and document results using required tools. Complete other duties as assigned while working a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
