Job Summary
Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® oversees day-to-day restaurant operations, supports the Restaurant Leader, and manages shift operations, cash handling, customer service, and staff direction in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsible for opening/closing the restaurant, enforcing policies and standards, conducting shift management meetings, maintaining documentation and logs, guiding crewmembers, recognizing and rewarding performance, approving manager-level functions, ensuring cleanliness and facility readiness, and completing other duties as assigned. Requires detail-oriented, organized, and multi-tasking capabilities; strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and collaboratively; problem-solving, goal-setting, and execution skills; knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and rapid learning of new systems; flexibility to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel for training; completion of company training programs; and 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience; candidate must be 18+. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, and information kept confidential per EEO guidelines.
