Job Summary

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leadership role
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Experience leading large and diverse hospitality teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest experience
  • Knowledge of New Zealand hospitality regulations and compliance requirements
  • Legal right to work in New Zealand (residency/citizenship or valid work visa)
