Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant and bar operations, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, maintain brand standards, drive revenue growth, manage labour costs and inventory, and lead a large hospitality team while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with Sales, Events, Marketing to maximise bookings and create memorable guest experiences through themed dining, promotions, and events. Requires proven leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of driving sales and guest satisfaction in a New Zealand hospitality setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leadership role
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and revenue growth
- Experience leading large and diverse hospitality teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest experience
- Knowledge of New Zealand hospitality regulations and compliance requirements
- Legal right to work in New Zealand (residency/citizenship or valid work visa)
