Job Summary
Administer, direct, and oversee the recruitment and development of team members while ensuring the proper implementation of operational standards for quality service and cleanliness. Operate the restaurant in a cost-effective manner by setting sales and profitability goals, managing the full P&L statement, and preparing products according to quality standards. Provide leadership and motivation to the store team, including counseling, disciplining, promoting, or firing employees, while managing purchasing, scheduling, sales, training, and physical facilities maintenance. Ensure 100% guest satisfaction through effective communication and coaching skills. This role requires fluency in English, food safety certification, and experience in the food service industry.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the food service industry
- Food Safety, Serve Safe Certification
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Math and writing skills
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
- Must be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- Must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Must be able to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
