Job Summary
Restaurant Manager for a Dunkin’ franchisee, responsible for administering and directing recruiting and development of store team members, ensuring operational standards of quality service and cleanliness, achieving sales and profitability goals, and managing the full P&L. Will lead shift operations, coach and motivate team members, and oversee purchasing, scheduling, training, and facilities maintenance. Must demonstrate leadership, focus on guest satisfaction, and have experience in food service with Food Safety/Serve Safe certification. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality guest experiences, developing staff, and driving store performance through effective leadership and cost control.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the food service industry is required
- Food Safety
- Serve Safe Certification
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Math and writing skills
