Job Summary
Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees by communicating job expectations, planning shifts, and providing coaching and feedback. Deliver a great guest experience through quality products, fast friendly service, and a clean environment while maintaining safe, secure, and healthy conditions. Ensure brand standards are executed, complete audits to drive system improvements, and control costs to maximize profitability. Set sales goals, track results, and execute marketing promotions and new product roll-outs including team training and sampling. Maintain a guest first culture by resolving concerns timely and touching tables to gather feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time
- Must be 18+ years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English
