Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for day-to-day FOH operations, driving sales, managing costs, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include overseeing opening/closing shifts, supervising front-of-house staff, recruiting/training and developing a high-performing team, maintaining guest service quality, ensuring sanitation and compliance with policies, and coordinating with team to meet productivity, quality, and cost targets.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Valid Allergen, Sanitation and ServSafe Certifications
