Restaurant Manager | Perkins American Food Co. | Wilkes-Barre

Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency while driving sales and upholding operational and service standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members by modeling safe food-handling and operational practices. Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members, stepping in where needed to take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team. This role reports to the General Manager and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred. ServSafe Food Manager Certification is preferred.
