Job Summary
Restaurant Manager to oversee fast-paced front-of-house operations, drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage FOH staff including interviewing, hiring, and training; ensure safe food-handling procedures and maintain cleanliness and guest safety.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of prior management experience in family or casual dining is preferred
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
