Job Summary
Oversee front-of-house operations, drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, supervise front-of-house staff, and manage all front-of-house activities. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training, maintaining cleanliness and safety, enforcing safe food-handling procedures, and supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in a family/casual dining setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of prior management experience in family or casual dining is preferred
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
