Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency while driving sales and upholding operational and service standards across the restaurant. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members by modeling safe food-handling and operational practices. Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members, stepping in where needed to take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team. This position reports to the General Manager. Previous management experience in family or casual dining is preferred, along with a ServSafe Food Manager Certification. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
