Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, drive guest experiences, and develop the team. Lead daily restaurant operations, uphold service and quality standards, maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, model safe food-handling practices, and support hiring and training of team members. Collaborate with leadership to step in where needed and contribute to a team-focused culture. Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong emphasis on leadership and guest satisfaction as part of delivering exceptional experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred
