Job Summary
Senior Restaurant Manager leads Front of House operations for the Green O and Shed, ensuring refined, guest-centric service aligned with luxury hospitality standards. Maintains on-the-floor presence, manages pacing, table turns, ticket times, and guest satisfaction; oversees interactive and experiential dining elements (tableside service, signature presentations, specialty offerings); collaborates with Executive Chefs and Food & Beverage leadership to elevate service flow and cuisine; develops and implements schedules to balance staffing and labor efficiency; recruits, trains, and mentors Front of House leaders and service professionals; fosters engagement, retention, and internal growth, and upholds brand storytelling and hospitality excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of progressive experience in food and beverage leadership operations, culinary leadership, event management, or a related hospitality discipline.
- Prior management experience in upscale, independent restaurant environments strongly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of hospitality and restaurant management principles, including people leadership, resolution of complex operational challenges, and comprehensive food and beverage oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate operational activities and data, analyze trends, and develop sound conclusions and actionable recommendations.
