Job Summary
Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team in Cardiff, delivering an exceptional dining experience with energy and theatre. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, service leadership, training and development, hiring and performance management, rota planning, supplier orders, banking and stock control, health & safety compliance, and ensuring hospitality standards are consistently met. Strong menu and drinks knowledge, excellent communication, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style are required to guide staff and guest experiences in a high-energy, premium setting. Required Qualifications
