Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and guest experience at Papa's Loft House in Amsterdam. Lead and coach serving staff, create rosters, and oversee inventory and cost control. Coordinate events like BBQs and walking dinners on the rooftop, while driving improvements and growth for the location. Work four to five days per week, including peak floor coverage between 12:00–14:00 and 18:00–20:00, with weekly meetings with the Operations Manager.
Required Qualifications
