Job Summary
Contribute to restaurant operations by leading FOH and BOH functions, optimizing profits through labor and cost management, and maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards. Manage staff mentorship, recruit new talent, and drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and service compliance. Complete an extensive 11-week on-site training program with limited supervision, followed by a 47-hour work week. Maintain immaculate restaurant standards and perfect plate presentations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years management experience within a restaurant that supports up to 50+ staff
- Preferably full-service restaurant experience
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role
- Flexible to work at other locations in the region when needed
- You must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Highly proficient in English verbal, reading & writing communication skills
- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required
- All newly hired employees are subject to and must successfully complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)
