Job Summary
Develop, communicate, and implement a business strategy aligned with the property and brand while leading its execution. Provide inspirational leadership during day-to-day operations, assist team members on the floor, behind the bar, and in the kitchen during high demand, and respond proactively to guest concerns. Create and execute events programs managed from start to finish via social media platforms, build relationships with corporate clients and industry networks, and introduce new products to drive engagement and revenue. Develop and monitor budgets, oversee financial aspects including purchasing and payroll, and recruit talented leaders to enhance brand culture. Requires prior luxury hospitality experience, post-secondary education or four years in a comparable position, and flexibility for a 7-day operation.
Required Qualifications
