Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage service within the club’s restaurant operations, ensuring service quality and safety compliance, and delivering an exceptional member experience. Junior management role with hands-on duties during low-volume periods, supervision of service staff, training and development, managing reservations and room setups, and maintaining knowledge of the club’s menu and beverage offerings. Emphasis on leadership, staff training, adherence to Invited service standards, and collaboration with directors to maintain high standards of service and member satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including spreadsheet software
- Willingness to obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, CPR)
