Job Summary
Oversee operations of a Taco Bell unit as Restaurant General Manager (RGM), providing leadership and direct supervision to ensure a clean, hospitable, accurate, and efficient operation. Lead staffing, hiring, performance evaluations, training, and coaching; manage costs (food, labor, cash, and controllable expenses) to budget; drive sales growth through improvements in speed of service and food quality; ensure compliance with all applicable laws and food-service sanitation guidelines; handle guest concerns to promote repeat business; and collaborate with the area coach through regular reporting. Must maintain high standards of guest service, food safety, and team development in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience
- Legal right to work in the United States
