Job Summary
Restaurant Manager leads the operation of the Dunkin’ restaurant in Millbury, MA to deliver guest-first service, recruit and develop staff, ensure brand standards and safety compliance, manage staffing and performance, and drive profitable top-line results through effective coaching, audits, and execution of promotions. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, performance management, maintaining guest service levels, enforcing safety and sanitation guidelines, achieving sales goals, and implementing product roll-outs with team training and marketing execution. Must be able to lift 30 lbs, stand 6+ hours, be 18+, and authorized to work in the U.S.; fluency in English required. Offers competitive salary, health insurance, 401k, vacation, and bonus plan.
