Job Summary
Develop a team of dedicated people delivering great guest experiences and profitable top line sales by fostering respect, providing coaching, and resolving employee concerns. Manage the overall restaurant operation according to Dunkin' Donuts standards, ensuring brand systems are executed and brand standards are met. Drive sales through effective execution of marketing initiatives while controlling labor, food, and cash costs through delegation and analysis. Hire, train, and develop staff to meet guest and business needs, completing required training including ServSafe® certification. Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies while maintaining safety and security through preventative maintenance and cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing (English)
- Math and financial management
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
- At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
- High school diploma
