Job Summary
Manage the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin' Donuts standards while developing a team dedicated to delivering great guest experiences and profitable sales. Foster a respectful environment through coaching, feedback, and effective communication, then hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs. Prioritize guest satisfaction by ensuring brand standards are executed and empowering the team to solve problems that drive results. Drive profitability through effective marketing execution and controlling labor, food, and cash costs while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Complete required training including ServSafe® certification and analyze business results to set and achieve goals.
Required Qualifications
- Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing (English)
- Math and financial management
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
- At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
- High school diploma
