Job Summary
Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees while delivering a great guest experience through operational excellence and strong leadership. Manage the overall restaurant operation in compliance with Dunkin' standards, franchisee requirements, and applicable laws. Plan, monitor, appraise, and review employee performance; provide coaching, feedback, and discipline when appropriate. Ensure shifts are staffed to achieve guest service goals and maintain a safe, secure, healthy environment by enforcing safety and sanitation guidelines. Control costs to maximize profitability, execute marketing promotions and new product roll-outs, and complete audits to drive system improvements. Set sales goals, track results, and implement action plans for production, productivity, quality, and guest service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time
- Must be 18+ years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English
