Job Summary
Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations across restaurants/bars and room service, supervises and develops staff, ensures sanitation and compliance with liquor laws, drives guest and employee satisfaction, and manages financial performance, including menu planning and training needs identification with implementation plans. Leads and coaches the team to achieve operational efficiency, service standards, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining a positive guest experience and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
