Job Summary
Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations across Restaurants/Bars and room service, supervises staff, assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, and supports servers/hosts during peak periods. Focuses on guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance. Determines training needs and implements development plans; leads and coaches the team to maintain compliance with food handling, sanitation, and liquor laws, and to meet service standards and departmental goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management/Hotel and Restaurant Management/Hospitality/Business Administration or related major with 2 years of related experience
