Job Summary
MFG is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of an upscale dining restaurant under the General Manager's guidance. Responsibilities include scheduling staff tasks, upholding policies, and providing exemplary guest service. Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, and a strong preference for those with culinary experience. A proven ability to motivate and train new employees while implementing systems and policies is essential.
