Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of an upscale dining restaurant under the direction of the General Manager. This role involves scheduling tasks for staff, ensuring policies are upheld, and delivering exemplary guest service. Candidates should have 1-3 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. A culinary certificate or comparable experience is also favored. The role demands a strong leader who can inspire a high-performing team and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
