Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for day-to-day operations at M.L.Rose Neighborhood Pub in Nashville, TN. Drive sales and profitability, ensure guests have a high-quality food and beverage experience, manage scheduling and labor, handle inventory and ordering, budgeting and forecasting, and coach/devellop staff. Lead the rotating beer program selections and maintain exceptional guest service standards. 45-hour, 5-day work weeks with benefits including health, dental/vision, PTO, quarterly bonus potential, dining allowances, and referral bonus. Prior restaurant management experience and a passion for craft beer are essential.
