Job Summary
Restaurant Manager in Chicago for Malnati Organization: Shapes restaurant culture, drives guest satisfaction, assists with budgeting and financial goals, hires/trains/develops team, schedules staff for cost-effective operations, oversees cash handling and daily deposits, coordinates events and promotions, maintains inventory and sanitation standards, supervises maintenance, and communicates service issues to leadership. Requires ability to lead a team, operate the POS and register system, manage labor and variances, and work varied hours including holidays; English proficiency with Spanish a plus; High School Diploma or GED; 2-3 years restaurant experience.
