Job Summary
Run shifts and lead daily restaurant operations, including pre-shift meetings, line checks, and closing duties such as safe counts and labor reviews. Organize opening and closing shifts to ensure an exceptional guest and employee experience while providing guidance to hourly and management teams. Respond immediately to guest and employee needs, assist in managing costs and driving sales, and partner with the GM to interview, hire, and train back-of-house staff. Perform regular inventories of food and supplies, place orders, and inspect deliveries. Work a variety of days and shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, with occasional overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Skilled in developing guest rapport
- Skilled in leading teams
- Must be able to move and lift up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be available to work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
