Job Summary
Responsible for supervising the daily operations and activities of the front-of-house team members in accordance with department policies and procedures, managing front-of-house operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Essential functions include team supervision, interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and reconciling financials. Must possess in-depth knowledge of food and beverage menus and adhere to health and sanitation standards. Requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous hospitality supervisory/management experience within a high-volume setting
- Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong attention to detail
