Job Summary
Conduct daily operations across the Bar, Restaurant, IRD, and Pool outlets to ensure a luxury fine dining experience for all guests. Supervise F&B personnel by coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff according to company standards while conducting interviews and managing shift schedules based on business forecasts. Manage financial responsibilities including payroll compilation, beverage cost control, monthly menu analysis, and inventory reconciliations. Maintain compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality policies, attend required meetings, and implement promotional strategies to drive sales.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- 2-year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience
- 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in Company approved spreadsheets
- Proficiency in word processing
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Ability to be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary
- Ability to assimilate complex information data etc from disparate sources and consider adjust or modify to meet the constraints of the particular need
- Ability to be effective at listening to understanding clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Ability to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions
- Food Handlers certification
