Job Summary
Restaurant Manager in a full-time role overseeing guest experience and store operations at a Refuel location. Responsibilities include ensuring hot, fresh, delicious products; leading and developing employees; maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards; handling customer complaints with escalation to the District Manager; proper storage and rotation of perishable items; recruiting and staffing to meet budgeted hours; inventory control to minimize shrink; daily close-out documentation and end-of-day accounting by 8:00 am with weekly cash audits; enforcing Vendor Check In policy; adherence to Employee Handbook policies. Ideal candidate has two years of quick-service restaurant management experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds; travel up to 10% may be required.
